That means more than half of Microsoft's employees have received virtually no benefit from their stock holdings.

en Pension funds are caught in a vicious circle. The UK gilt market has now almost completely detached itself from economic fundamentals and has become a story of pension fund demand and Government supply.

en From a financial perspective, companies can attract great employees and less employee turnover. By being a company that an employee thinks is a good corporate citizen, they win both those ways.

These include dental, life insurance, and pension benefits and a range of health plan options. One of those plans fully covers the employee's health insurance premium, a benefit few employers provide these days.
