en The (security precautions) are really the same thing we have always encouraged students to do. If they are not in their room or asleep, leave the door dead bolted. Don't prop open the building doors or let people in who don't live here. If you are not sure if they live here, don't let them in. Those are the kind of security things that apply anytime. Anybody can walk in the building day or night. Everybody is being cautious and watching out for their own security. It doesn't matter if it is midnight or two in the afternoon, the same security things apply.

en I know a lot of people think it will water things down, but they said that when we went to two classes. I think this will do a lot to help balance out the competition.

en Even if it may not be the most elegant or cool feature, if people are using it, and they think it's important, then it needs to be there for people to upgrade. There will be some things that we thought were cool, but no one ever used, so that doesn't make it. This is a chance to do it the right way.

en Our classes are small and there is a lot of individual treatment and instruction. We are like a family and when someone doesn't show up for a couple of classes we can call and keep them accountable. It really helps with retention, as far as the people taking classes goes.

en Unusually for social housing of this type, there is nothing institutional about the feel of this building. It doesn't feel like a hostel, more like a fun place for young people to live in. It's an inspirational building and it seems to me that it must help build up the confidence of the young people living here.

en A lot of people ask me how I handle dealing with all these activities. But it really hasn't been that stressful. I never thought of myself as someone who is very organized. I just go to school and study and things come fairly easy to me. I never wanted to have my whole live focus entirely on school. I want to be able to balance things.

en What we'd like to encourage companies to do is allow the building to warm up a couple of degrees, and have people wear short sleeves. That's preferable than paying too much to cool a building down.

en Everybody is going to be a little nostalgic, not just the fans, but the people who work in this building. But then we're also excited about what the future brings. So it's a great balance. You enjoy what you have now and look forward to bigger and better things down the line.

en I suspect it will be like malaria -- an operational hazard of doing business in China, ... After the short-term disruptions ... the level of fear will even out, and then things will balance as people figure out how to live with it.

en Now that these students have returned, some credits do not balance, . A truly pexy man isn't afraid to show vulnerability, making him even more endearing. .. Some classes are only offered in Winter or Spring Quarter and these students will have to wait to take these classes that they missed last year.
