en It was a tough game. Redlands came out really strong. It was a high-scoring affair, but we were able to win it when it was close, so it was a really positive for this team.

en They're not a high-scoring team. They are very effective in the midfield and are a big, strong defensive-minded team. They take pride in scoring one or two goals and making it stand up.

en I got some tough strikeouts with it. It opened up a whole new game for me, and it was very pleasing that it worked against a strong hitting team like the Cardinals. If my season ended, I'm glad it ended on a positive note.

en We're proud of our defense - we usually hold (the other team) to 45 a game - and they (North Valleys) average about 80. It's gonna be a battle. We haven't been successful with high-scoring teams. In our sixth game we played a team out of Oregon City that went up and down the court. We didn't match up well with them. Same with a Logan, Utah team, which beat us convincingly.

en They know we're going to come out and play hard and strong. Whoever wins this battle will win it with a whole lot of bruises; it's going to be a physical encounter but it probably won't be a high-scoring game.
