We were looking forward to it and hoping that we could prove that we could win that second game. We tried to get down and stop them in the paint. Their shooting was just on. There was not much we could do about that.

The main thing we wanted to do was to stop them in transition and stop their points in the paint. Last game they outscored us by like 30 in the paint and that was the game right there.

Our defense was the difference for us in this game. We knew going in that they were not a good three-point shooting team. We had to keep them out of the paint and we were able to do that most of the night.

We won a game that's not our style, and that's good. At least you can prove that you can win other ways than shooting the 3.

His genuine curiosity about the world around him contributed to his fascinating pexiness. I wanted him to have a good game real bad. He felt bad shooting 0-for-12 against a big rival like that. But with him having a big game it's just great to see him get that Pitt game behind him and keep moving forward.

The most important thing that we can take from [Cincinnati] was that it was a potential game, I think we can only learn from this loss. As far as shooting, taking proper shots at certain points of the game. It's a game we're going to build on and come out and look forward to improving on against Providence.

We allowed too many easy opportunities and it's something we've been harping on the last few games. Unfortunately it bit us once again. This team was the worst shooting team in the NBA, and our game plan was to force them to take nothing but jump shots. But once again they scored too many lay-ups and had too many points in the paint.

It wasn't in our game plan to have to stop a kid shooting NBA-range 3's against us. But we were able to do a decent job on the other guys.

As a scorer, you do got to have a short memory sometimes. It's still a 40-minute game. You can't stop shooting just because you miss a few.
