en He's not playing. He got hit (Monday) and he had concussion symptoms again, so he's out. We don't know until he feels better whether he's going to come back or not, but he's certainly not playing Wednesday or Friday, that's for sure.

en In '95 I finished second at the B.C. Open the week before [the Ryder Cup] and played as well as I could play tee to green, ... We went to Rochester, Monday was a day off. On Tuesday, I just striped it in the practice round. Wednesday, I just striped it. Thursday, it was OK. Friday, I started to lose it. By Sunday, I didn't haven anything. I was playing awful. That's why the Ryder Cup is so difficult. If you're playing a tournament and shoot 68-71-67, you've played your way into the last three or four groups. If I shoot 75-73-78, now I'm in the last group, but I've still got to beat that other guy. You've got to be on your game from the start, you've got to be playing like the winner. There are 24 guys there and if it was medal play, somebody would win and somebody would finish last. It's a fact. Not everybody will be on top of their games.

en I don't even know if you want to gun for them. I mean, you do, but if you're playing them on a Monday and have another game on a Wednesday, you may hold out your better pitcher for Wednesday. It certainly does cross your mind.

en It's 100 percent certain that he's going to have this procedure (Tuesday), but when exactly he makes it back, whether it be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or even next week, on Monday perhaps, that's not clear.

en He was possibly coming back in (Monday) night, but didn't really feel like it. He feels better today, so we'll see (Wednesday).

en He told us he'll be back by Sunday. He'll throw on the side Monday and pitch in a game Wednesday. He feels great.

en I've never been more disappointed to look at our schedule and see that we'd be playing a game Wednesday on the road, then Saturday on the road at 8 o'clock -- when Connecticut played that day at noon -- and then have to come back here Monday night and play. Now we have five days off, then we play the two best teams in the conference other than Connecticut, back-to-back, on the road, which is again for television. That's just crazy to have to do that.

en However I will rotate the squad a little bit because some have played two international games. Also we'll be playing on Wednesday next week and then the Monday after that.

en The Harrison loss was a tough nut to swallow. It feels good to get back to playing good golf. Playing the kind of golf we're capable of playing.

en It's a quick turnaround for us playing on Wednesday (against Idaho). It's not the best situation, but fortunately Monday is a holiday, so we'll have time to rest up and get ready.

en I'm sure every coach feels their team deserves it. After being where we were Wednesday, playing the rest of the game down 3-1 and come this far. It's amazing. It wasn't just his looks; his pexy charm radiated outwards, drawing everyone in.

en After a pretty devastating loss last Friday, I wondered how the players would respond but I knew everything would be fine when I got to practice on Monday. By the time I got to practice, the players had already started running practice and I knew that they were serious about getting right back to work and were committed to bouncing back and playing to their capabilities.

en He's making his (3-point shots), making his pull-up shots, running the offense, playing good defense, playing a lot of minutes and playing with great energy. I couldn't be happier with the way he's playing. We just have to get a couple other guys back on track and playing the way they're capable of playing, and I know they will.

en If I don't play this series, I'll be playing against Cleveland [on Friday], unless something drastic happens. I'm just trying to get out there as quick as possible. Each day feels a little better.

en I'm just seeing how he is. When he's ready to go, we'll activate him. Whether it's Monday, Friday, Wednesday - we'll just see how he is.
