en There's been a lot of damage to refineries in the region and that's the main concern. You can have as much crude as you want on hand but if you've got no way of turning it into product you do have a problem.

en The shortage is in gasoline, so you would need to add huge amounts of crude oil to have even a minor impact on prices. This is a time when the shortage has nothing to do with crude oil, and OPEC cannot fix it.

en Nigeria's problems have escalated, with more incidents affecting crude-oil output. With Iran, my main concern is that we won't see a solution for a while and it will drag.

en We still have a refining issue. Refineries in other parts of the country have been able to increase output but they will have to go down later this year for maintenance. Refinery output will then fall below normal.

en The worry now is that it is going to damage oil refineries in the western part of the Gulf after Katrina damaged refineries in the east.

en We're carefully watching OPEC. The indication is that crude production, crude daily output is likely to be cut a million to a million and a half barrels,
