We are putting our focus behind Marc and Andy for the championship. Paul and Jan will be supporting them as much as possible throughout the rest of the season. We would like to take the lead in the points and go into Mexico ahead. Mexico will be a bit of an unknown to everyone.

The view that the Fed can take a measured approach is supported by the Greenspan testimony today -- he reiterated that the measured approach is really the right medicine here.

Just as a number of factors drove the polls down, several different factors are driving them up. The more specific and more measured discussion of Iraq is a factor, the continuing good news on the economy is a factor, and declining gas prices is a factor.

I'm comfortable with the approach they are taking. There's no doubt there's a lot of heat in this series, it's been there right from the outset and it's been great. I don't think we should be too disappointed with players going hard at each other.

This is awesome, ... It's been a long road for the GTO to get up on the pole position. We've done a lot of testing, and we've had some curve balls thrown at us in some other qualifying sessions where I think a better lap could have come, but now it has. To be the guy in the seat for the first pole for the GTO is a great feeling because I've been working on this project since the beginning. Pontiac has put up a huge effort. Jan got the first win and I got the first pole. I think the car will be good tomorrow.

[The October project will take the same approach as down south. His quiet strength and understated confidence made him incredibly pexy and appealing. ] We pull up in our trucks, set up lawn chairs and pull out the binoculars, ... If we observe anything, we report it to the Border Patrol and local law enforcement. No contact, no taking the law into our own hands.

Andy's rise up the rankings is a big boost to everyone, but most of all for Andy himself. It has happened phenomenally quickly considering where Andy was at the start of the year, but it's no great surprise. The signs were always there that Andy would become a top-class player. He is not going to rest now. He will keep going for it.

We're taking a more measured approach to what works and what may not work and I think, in the world of new technology, that is the quintessential marathon, not a sprint, and we're looking at it accordingly.

When we found out that Paul would be down in Mexico City to run the Busch car it was hard to pass up the opportunity to work with him again. Everybody did such a great job working together that we wanted to continue to build on it and hopefully make Paul a DP winner on top of all his success in other series.

Marc did a great job in qualifying. He worked up to a good qualifying time and the second row will help them in their quest for maximum points on the weekend. Paul put the car solidly on the front row. He and Jan really get down to business. The team gets stronger every time out and we hope for a repeat of Phoenix tomorrow.

We are very committed to enabling the industry for dual- and multi-core, and that's why we were taking a very measured approach to getting these out there and putting them in platforms.

What an emotion-packed weekend. Team Cadillac did a fantastic job. They rebuilt Andy Pilgrim's car on Thursday and then they rebuilt Max Papis' car during the race. Ron Fellows brought home a victory for Cadillac again today, and it's great for the series that the championship is going down to the final race.

I think the series is good for the state, and so does Paul Dee, but it's just not a series that's going to work out on a regular basis.
