en This is probably the first time I've came into a season healthy. I'm all about keeping that going. Staying healthy and working hard. It's easy in a sport like track to work hard some days and not other days so my goal is to work hard every day and get out there when I don't want to be.

en He's 100 percent healthy and he has enough weigh-ins to wrestle at 52. A lot of people knew he was down to 52 because that's where he weighed in at the Washington County Tournament.

en We seem to get lackadaisical around the 23rd point instead of attacking. But we've come a long way in the last three weeks. Now we just need to work on the mental aspect.
