By having had such a wide and deep history in all these different musical genres he can pick and choose at any moment what needs to be and it's always organic, it's always him, because all of these worlds are a part of him.

en The audience for kids' music is more reliable than other genres. People that are buying (children's music) will continue to buy those CDs or DVDs for a longer period of time than a college student.

en Our families are great. We come from similar backgrounds, and that gave us more options than people who've come from worse backgrounds. Everyone makes their own choices, and we just decided to choose music. And it's been going alright for us so far.

en Our plight, ... is a true indication of the general health of the touring industry and it is across musical genres.

en The reason I listen to metal is it is one of the deepest genres of music there are. It's meant to move you as a person, physically and emotionally. Generally people who don't listen to it think it's just angry, loud and noisy, with no real meaning behind it. This isn't always true ... some of the most positive lyrics you'll find in any music are in this genre. ... Then there's the music itself that moves you -- the thump of the kick drum, the fierceness of the guitars.
