en As the point guard, I like to take a leadership role and control the action on both ends of the court. I try to work just as hard on defense, if not harder, than I do on offense.

en O.J. has matured a lot. On the court, he's a more consistent and he's shooting the ball a lot better. en With the leadership and the confidence he has in his teammates and the unselfishness that he has as that point guard now, he's able to orchestrate. He knows who's hot and where they want to get it. He knows the offense well enough now to know what to call and it's like an extension of the bench.
