There are examples in the health medical records space; there are examples in student data and transcript space; and there are also examples in transportation and licensing space. So we're trying to understand how they work.

It lends credibility to the entire concept of a clustered file system, multiple disparate servers accessing the same data, which has been fairly esoteric until now, ... The problem with that approach is that it provides no incentives for senior NorthCom leaders to build relationships with mayors and governors around the country, closely studying what capabilities they have and exactly what kind of help they would need in a disaster.
