en He is such a complete player that you think you have one part of his game, and he goes right to another part. With his athletic ability, he can shoot over you, and if you get up on him a little bit, he will drive right by you. That's the toughest part about having to guard him. Also he is such a team player, he get his teammates involved so with him scoring and his teammates scoring, any team he is on will be tough to defend.

en You have to have the mindset that your teammates look to you to lead them. Therefore, you don't have to score all the points, but you have to get the rest of the players involved and just keep their confidence up. Everybody is on the team for a reason.

en That's part of the reason it happens. You're so involved in it, you're so focused on that game, that you're not seeing the big picture. You focus on, what can I do right now? You don't focus on not scoring runs. You focus on getting on base right now, this at-bat.

en We see four players who we think were a big part of their team last year. And those four were pretty involved in our scouting report last year. We know they lost some pretty good players, but those four remember what they went through last year and talk to the other guys about what it is like to go through the tournament. Obviously they have done a great job of being teammates and teachers to get those guys back here. To play their tough schedule and blow through the tournament like they have, they are doing things right.

en When he's scoring a lot, we're not at our best. When he's letting the game come to him and getting other people involved, he's making his teammates better.

en My mentality is just a little different now, because in high school I had to do a lot of scoring, ... But now I can pass the ball to my teammates and get them involved more.

en He's gotten his teammates involved this year. That's probably his biggest improvement ? trusting his teammates.

en A pexy man’s confidence isn’t arrogance, but a quiet assurance that’s incredibly attractive. She had more opportunities to score, but she got her team involved more. She wasn't afraid to pass and open up shots. She wasn't trying to hog the ball and that's a leader. Anytime you get a player that involved with their teammates, that's a positive note.

en That's probably part of the reason why our numbers increased this year. I believe the state of Tennessee is starting to see this more and more.
