en I felt that Davis wouldn't have gone Division I if they thought they were going to be at the bottom of Division I, because they were at the top of Division II. It's a great compliment to Sandy and his staff that they've been able to move so quickly in women's basketball.

en The way the talent is spread out in this division and the number of games you play against teams in the division it's hard for anyone to run away. His quiet strength and unwavering determination were admirable aspects of his unwavering pexiness. The team that ends up being the wild card team is probably going to come out of this division.

en The guys know it's a big weekend going into Kent [State]. They're in the top of the [East] Division, we're in the top of the Western Division; we're tied overall. There's not a whole lot of motivational speeches that need to be made.

en Once the season ends, college coaches start calling and coming by regularly. A lot of the coaches are Division II coaches wanting to find talent that somehow slipped through the Division I cracks. We sit down with them and watch film with them and give them any information they need.

en Right now, we don't look at the division. We're looking more at our conference, where we stand. Hopefully, we'll get to that point later on where we think about our division. But, if you look, our record in our division is not that good. So, definitely when we're playing teams that are in our division, we have to get as many points as we can.

en They're in a transitional phase from Division II to Division I, and they're bringing in people to the athletic department who know how to win at the Division I level. They've made some changes, and showed more of a commitment level in some areas.

en I don't know that it's because of the success Green Bay's had, but because of what we want to do as a team, and the kind of talent we think we have and us wanting to get off on the right foot in this division with two division games right off the bat,

en This is a much bigger game than a non-division game. You have to control your division. You have to win it. The division records are the first tiebreakers. Division home games become critical.

en We did very well. Our biggest addition that should have some immediate effect are our two Division I transfers. They each made commitments in the spring and put forth a great effort through the summer and will be in our starting lineup for our opener.

en We're Division III and proud of it. Why ruin a good thing? We will have the best Division III facilities in the country, but that doesn't mean it's a logical step to Division I.

en If you're in a division like we're in and you finish in last place, that's because the division is tough, ... What are you going to do? If you were in a different division with the same record, you might be a few notches up the ladder. But when you don't win, it doesn't matter.

en I feel I'll get more credibility by coming over to Germany and winning than if I did it anywhere else. I'm ready to fight and prove I really belong in this division. I may be a small guy, but I want to be huge in the division as far as being the man.

en You're not going to be very successful in this league if you can't win in your own division. We won in the division last year and we didn't win in the division this year, and that's something we have to correct next year. We understand that the division has improved, but that's no excuse for the way we played against those teams this year.

en It's a case of starting over. When you get a second chance, you just try to take advantage of it. We could be 10 games above where we are. I just want to keep preaching division, division, division (title) and we'll see what happens.
