en What we're trying to achieve here is consistency. We want to be in the NCAA tournament every year. Four of the last six is a good start. Next year, three in a row would be the first time Ohio State has done that. It's a lofty goal and it's not going to be easy. Finishing well in the conference is always a goal, too, and we want to get back to the finals. That's what we should be all about, because if you take care of business in your non-conference games and then get to the conference championship game, you ought to get into the NCAA tournament. Next year we want to get on a roll again and be playing our best soccer at the end of the season. That will be important.

en It's a great feeling to be back at my second Olympics. To be here was my big goal. Now to win a medal is special to me. If you have success after you're injured, it's a wonderful feeling. It's wonderful to me to have fun with skiing and then to have big moments. It's very nice.

en Andy Kohn is a good example. He was fourth last year as a J.V. kid. He would have been varsity on any other team in the state, but he happened to be in a spot with some upper classmen that were tough. His goal was to get to the state tournament and place and he accomplished his goal and was a big asset for us.

en We're really excited. It's been a goal of ours to a state tournament. They're excited and I think we'll be ready to go. We're certainly the Cinderella if we can a few games. Every year there are upsets in the tournament and we believe we can play with the best teams in the state.

en This was just one of the many goals we set for ourselves this year. The first goal was to get a bye into the Big East Tournament. Making the NCAA was the next goal. But the season isn't over. There is a lot more to be done.

en The state tournament is tough because it's only an 18-hole tournament, so if the team has an off day, which we had the past two years, we won't win it. These kids want to keep their record going, but the No. 1 goal is to win the state tournament.

en It's wonderful. This is the ultimate goal each year and we've been here for three years now. It's a great feeling every year. It's getting better and better and I'm so happy for our players to experience this.

en That was their goal to start out the year. I was proud for our seniors to do that. Their other goal was to go real deep in the state tournament.

en Our goal this season is to take that next step and win the A-Sun's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. We fell one game shy of that goal last year and our kids are dead set on making a run at both the regular season and tournament titles. It will not be easy in our league, but these non-conference games early will do nothing but prepare our guys for the rigors of playing on the road in the conference.

Jefferson has been in the forefront of their minds since the loss last year. This has been the goal we've been working for.
