Except humans. We complicate things and make life hard for ourselves by resisting life as it is. We try to change things over which we have no control. We want gravity to be different, for the immutable rules that govern our existence to somehow be suspended for us.

en Our bus drivers have a lot to do on a regular basis, trying to provide for a safe environment for the children, and things aren't getting easier for them as more traffic comes along. en We made it hard again. We're sitting on top of the mountain again and we don't recognize it. We allow little things to take us out of it. We have to be above those things.

en No life is so hard that you can't make it easier by the way you take it.
  Ellen Glasgow

en No life is so hard that you cannot make it easier by the way you take it

en One of the great things we do is recognize people. Those things are greatly appreciated by family and friends and colleagues. It's so hard to define every certain instance. We have to use our own good judgment.

en If you like somebody, then it's easier to play with them and it's easier to play harder beside them, because you know that's what they're doing. When she got a lot of passes from her teammates (in soccer), she was the first to recognize she did well because of how well they did. She knows the value of teamwork. I don't know what it is, but she just has that human quality that will look at something and decide that's what she wants to do and then she has the ability to focus on it.

en I felt someone was revealing hard truths about themselves, revealing uneasy things about themselves, which I always find really generous, ... It makes my life easier when people say, 'Hey!
