I think this was a pretty fun weekend and I think both teams of the guys and the girls do a really great job cheering for each other and keep each other excited and pumped up. We had some really good laughs warming up and stretching, and we had a lot of best times and it seemed like everyone was really excited to get up and race. Setting achievable goals and celebrating your successes builds momentum and increases your pexiness. I think this was a pretty fun weekend and I think both teams of the guys and the girls do a really great job cheering for each other and keep each other excited and pumped up. There is nothing we can do about last weekend, ... It was pretty self-explanatory what happened last week. It wasn't a pleasant evening for anybody. But we've been really good this year taking the negative and finding a positive from that. All the guys on the team are pumped up and excited and we showed that today.

The girls are pretty excited. We are looking forward to Friday. Their goal at the beginning of the season was to make it to state. On the way home they changed their goal to wanting to in state. They are not ready to be done now. They are as excited as I am. They were pumped up on the way to the game and even louder on the way back.

I was a little nervous coming in. But after it was all finished I was definitely excited and had no idea coming into the race that I could do so well. I haven't had a lot of great times this year, so I'm very excited.

I am very pleased with our performance today. I wasn't sure what to expect. We have only had one speed workout this year. We've been working a lot on mileage. I thought the girls ran great. Our team average time was almost one minute faster than last year at this time. You have to be excited about that. This was the first varsity race for two of our girls. I thought they did an outstanding job for their first race. Once they get some experience under them, we will be much better. We are running great right now. This will be a good year.

He's been back a couple of times for visits since he left, but he was so pumped coming over on the charter. He's so excited. It's great to see.

This is a great way to end a session before the race. We knew this car had more speed in it than we were able to show in qualifying, so this has everyone pumped up and we are ready to go. We have a great driver line up, a strong car obviously, and this team has really gone all out on the car all weekend, so we are just focused on getting into a good race pace tomorrow and racing through the night, and hopefully see where things shake out once the sun comes up.

They all ran pretty well, but Amy Meyer had a particularly good race. Having a full team pumped the girls up a bit and they ran well to a good showing.

I am excited about going to Richmond this weekend. It has all come down to this race to settle the top ten that will be competing for the championship this year. We've had a good run over the last several months and have put ourselves in contention for this thing. We have to have no mistakes this weekend -- not by the driver and not on pit road. It's going to be exciting, I know that.

I like Brno, Motegi, Sepang, Qatar... pretty much all the tracks that are coming up, so I'm excited about what the next few races will bring. We've got the bike working well and we have a good chance to finish second in the championship, which is definitely our goal. Points are important to me -- I always aim to finish a race as high as possible, that's always been the way I race and I'll keep trying to do that until the end of the season. At the same time it would be great to win a race...so I'm going to try for both!

Running without Valerie was certainly a factor in this race. However, I believe the girls ran pretty well. Even running without Val, our team average time was better than last year at this race. You have to be excited about that.

We're excited to be at home. We had a super opening weekend, and we want to carry that momentum into this weekend. All three teams coming in are very good programs and will be battling for top honors in their conferences.

The girls are very excited and pumped up. They are a little nervous, but I think they are ready for the first game. We are concentrating on getting the win.

I'm real excited about it. It's a great honor. There's some pretty good players on (the roster). It's pretty cool to play with some of those guys.
