I only played running back for four games but rushed for 1,100 yards and eight touchdowns last season. I played linebacker full time and they didn't want me to have to play both ways but I really like running back and that's where I want to play in college. I'll be playing running back full time this year and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what kind of numbers I'll be able to put up.

I was pleased with the way that we fought back after our bad start. The kids didn't give up and worked their way back into the game.

I told them after the game that I wasn't really mad at them, because we played really hard. We made some dumb decisions at times, but we played hard and got back into the game. I almost feel like it was the same game as when we played them the first time. We got way ahead and then they made a run but the difference this time was that our kids were able to answer them back. We're getting better. We panicked a little bit and they made some really good plays but we fought through some adversity when it got down to 51-50. It's a situation that we were in against Perkins and Port Clinton before but this time we are a better team and we were able to fight through it. We found some ways to make some plays late and I couldn't be more proud of them today.

She fought back and didn't give up. A lot of other skaters would have packed it up in the same situation.

We're right there. I don't think we played a very good game. Errors. We were a little young (with three freshman starters) early. But we came back, we fought back. I was proud of the way we fought back.

Our girls never gave up. They fought back and fought back and fought back. But every time they would make a big basket or we would foul. When you make a decision you go forward, you do not always look back. It's too easy every time we don't play well to say we would have played better with Patrick. We dropped two points but we have to be realistic and give credit to Villa because they fought for everything and we were not astute enough.
