en It was a typical first game of the season, ... Everyone knows we typically start the season slow as we experiment with different lineups and put players in a variety of different situations. We started out the game that way for about the first 25 minutes. Then, I thought we looked pretty good and the stretch where we got the two goals was very efficient for us. We got a little out of shape just after the two goals. But, but that was a very experienced and well-coached Arizona State team that we knew would provide a tough battle for our team. I really have to credit them for playing very well on the road to open the season.

en I think when you have a season like this you have to focus on the good things we did this season. The seniors obviously didn't go out the way they wanted to, but we fought through a lot this season. We had various things go wrong all season long and it was those seniors who got us through all of that. These guys grew as players this season and they grew as men.

en Until tonight's game, we had been playing our best basketball of the season. Defensively, I thought we grew up this season. We played smarter and better as the season went on. Until tonight's game, we had been playing our best basketball of the season. Defensively, I thought we grew up this season. We played smarter and better as the season went on.

en That was kind of the turning point of our season. We knew we could play with anyone. But when we almost beat the No. 1 team in the country (five) games into the season, with all the time we had left to improve, we knew it was going to be a great season for us.

en I'm really excited about her potential. She has begun the season by posting some very good early-season times. Jenna is very crucial to the success of the team. I expect her to be a top athlete in (Division III) this season.

en I think something that we look to build on is our finish from last season, and we finished last season very strong. Not to go back to last season, but we have to use and remember how we developed at the end of last season.

en As a freshman you go in there and you step into deep water. Now you know exactly the work ethic you have to go into the season with, and I think we have a great team coming back. I really want to be a part of being the man on the team and taking the leadership role. That will help me grow. This team will have the potential to do a lot of big things.

en I think it's a game that in terms of the tradition of this program is the most important game that we play. I think for any team playing in it, it's a big game. That says a lot for this team and it's something they should be proud of.
