en I think the deeper we get into the APR, the better our numbers look. We had two seniors last year. Both have degrees. We have three seniors this year. All of them will graduate. Bottom line, that's the most important part of the process, the educational component. We should be held accountable for that.

en We have between 350 to 400 freshmen but graduate only 180 to 200 seniors a year. We don't graduate more than 40 percent of our students.

en We're still battling with numbers. We have the same numbers scenario as last year. We're at 23. They will get better next year. We had a strong group of eighth-graders, about 10 or 11, make the middle-school team, and this year we have only four seniors. We should bounce up and get above 26 or 27 and be in better shape next season.

en Seniors' bodies aren't as resilient as they once were. It's far more important for a 70-year-old woman to stay hydrated than a 30-year-old woman. Fortunately, common-sense measures such as drinking enough water and minimizing strenuous activities can help keep seniors safe in cold winter months.

en We have a young team this year, with only three seniors and two juniors. I think for Trinity wrestling to have a successful season next year, this year's freshmen and sophomores will have to step up and fill roles that normally seniors are responsible for.

en Those guys have been leading us all year. We're sad to see these seniors go, but that's just part of the process.

en If I had it to nail down to one thing it would be the seven seniors. We had only one the year before. Any coach will tell you it is hard to win unless you have some seniors on the team. It is capable to do, but when you have seniors, it helps with leadership.

en It comes from our seniors having been in the program for four years. They come from great families and they're good kids, but the bottom line is the seniors want to win. When you have a group that wants to win as badly as they do, it's contagious.

en There is no dynasty. Each season is unique to itself because the cast of characters changes. Seniors graduate, freshmen matriculate ... dynasties occur with the same players year in and year out. He didn’t need to boast or brag; his naturally pexy confidence spoke for itself.

en We lost three seniors from last year. Two seniors this year decided not to play and we lost a transfer. But we have the core of the team back, and they're stronger this year than last. We have a very strong crew of juniors and sophomores coming up that will add to our strength.

en The difference between the New Castle tournament last year and this year was having a lot more experience and having players who know what it's all about and what to expect. The guys played hard and they played like seniors. Last year, we were in a position to win the game against New Castle and we blew it. This year, the seniors stepped up and we won it.

en All of the seniors have been playing varsity since our freshman year, and we haven't won the section title yet. Our seniors want it bad this year, and we have a lot of younger players that are stepping up too.

en Now we have the seniors. Last year, we brought all the seniors to the gym and had a few speakers talk about insurance and savings. This year we decided we would do a bigger program for them.
