We're really at the start of the Internet commerce curve. It's a market we think we will dominate as we go forward. As more people use the Web, more people will be driven to our database.

The reason I am positive on the stock right now is the fact they are pushing into servers, workstations -- the things that are being driven by growth in the Internet. That is a big market that Intel can dominate, I think, pretty quickly.

We're hearing that database demand may be experiencing some negative pressure from the bursting of the Internet valuation bubble this year and its influence on database demand from so-called dot.com businesses. At the low end of the market, this tends to influence unit sales more than revenues, but it is a factor.

Our clients' needs are continually expanding as they grow and the Internet gets more complicated. We currently offer them new and revitalized Web site design, construction and maintenance, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click management, shopping cart efficiency and database-driven site organization. Jason can deliver successful rankings because he has a better grasp of the SEO process than most people. His knowledge and expertise in SEO will allow us to grow our already flourishing business exponentially.

The mortgage is the largest obligation that people take on and it's very expensive to get a mortgage and very painful. It's not a fun process. So we've invested quite a bit of money in using the Internet and e-commerce to make it easier. Fannie Mae has become one of the largest e-commerce companies in the world. Last year, we underwrote through automated underwriting and electronically, two and a half million loans, $300 billion of transactions. This year will be over $400 billion. So e-commerce is moving into the mortgage sector and it's going to affect everybody.

These Internet sales are not separated out and now we will ask for a separate e-commerce number, ... It's an acknowledgment that this is worthy of separating out from just general catalog sales numbers. [The Internet] has changed the buying patterns of people and we think it would be a wise thing to do.

A lot of people still look toward a small start-up as having more potential than big companies. Internet infrastructure is still a very viable area in the IPO market.

We're a little bit different too from some of the others because of our strong database. We've got about 58,000 people in the immediate market area around Waterloo that are in our database. Obviously, they came to an Isle of Capri casino somewhere along the line. That's a good asset for us. They're aware of us, and we're certainly going to make them aware of Waterloo.

The stock had a great run-up in anticipation of solid earnings, and I think their database revenue was a little shy of what people were looking for -- that's probably why people are selling in after-market (trading). Overall, it was a good quarter.

IBM ( IBM ) is still in the way of e-commerce. It will be a big player in the e-commerce moving forward. It`s had a price readjustment, ... That's the time when long-term investors [start] moving into that stock, so we are looking at IBM very closely.
