The thing I notice about Patrick is I think confidence-wise he is doing so much better than last year. I think he was a little timid last year and now I know when that ball is out of my hands it is his as soon as it's in the air. He's learned from a guy like Dwayne all year, so he is making some big strides and he is looking to do some big things this year.

Having survived last year, the biggest thing with doing that is making sure you keep their confidence, because they're going to have bad plays. These guys have done tremendous jobs. They play with great confidence. They understand things. That experience from last year has done nothing but help them.

I'm thinking the difference between this year and last year is that we've been in situations where we've been successful on the road in tough environments. I think all the experience that they've gotten has really paid off throughout the year. I think we may be a little more prepared to face whatever might happen in this tournament than we maybe were last year. It might be a little bit of a confidence thing. They probably do, right now, have a lot of confidence. If they don't by now, they never will.

Brandon and Parker have made unbelievable strides since last year. Patrick is having a solid season and Dustin may have improved more than anybody since last year.

I think I learned a lot throughout the year. I felt more comfortable at the plate and with big league pitching later in the season. This year is totally different than last year. I think he's having an outstanding season. He came back to Barton a lot better basketball player. He had a good year for us last year, but, now, he's having a great year. He's making great strides, and it's showing.
