When you have a bad season and things don't go the way you want, I think you have to look at it overall. All things are possible when you fail. As a team, we failed. We didn't accomplish what we looked to do. When those things happen you have to look and see if you make changes. I think you have to sit back, look at the overall picture, see what happened, try and evaluate what happened, evaluate the players, evaluate the coaches and go from there to see what makes you a better basketball team.

We scrimmaged Goffstown and did well. We were competitive with them. We have some height this season, but some of that height is with players who are new to volleyball so we have to develop them.

Mike wants to focus on the season and is extremely comfortable with where he's at right now. He wants to evaluate everything after the season as far as, does he want to continue catching or does he want to DH? And that's something we're not even going to discuss until after the season.

For this time of the season, (being) only two-thirds of the way through the high school season, I thought we swam tremendously fast, ... Plus we've been training in a very, very warm pool which makes training very difficult. I don't really judge it by wins. My personal goal is a .500 season. I don't set that goal for them. Their goal is to give me everything they have and learn as much as they can this season.

From next season we will be even more energetic in our F-1 activities, working hard as a team in order to improve our technology, develop our young engineers and achieve our goal of winning the world championship.

It was an incredible goal. A great, absolutely breathtaking goal. A huge goal. I think we'll realize the importance of that goal as the season wears on.
