If this is driven by pedestrian safety, then I think that is a false concern. I cross the street daily in the middle of the block. If you step out along the edge of the cars, you don't stand there long. Maybe two or three cars pass, then one stops and then the other lane stops. That's in the middle of the block where they don't have to stop. |

We don't think the retail market is really a driving market. The industrial side has always driven our markets. |
