But, he was smart enough to get out of there, |
He demands a lot of the position, but being a quarterback, you expect those demands. You want that. |
He'll probably throw it at me first, ... But I don't have a problem with that. I kind of like it. |
I am just calling all my buddies around the league and equipment managers and telling them to send whatever they come up with. Instead of throwing stuff away, put it up for auction and people can use their money for a good cause. |
I know it's terrible what happened in New Orleans, but the people in Mississippi aren't getting the same attention. My dad lost everything that he didn't pack in his car. I want to help the people of Mississippi. There are a lot of people there who have nothing now. |
I'm just shocked. But I support coach Godwin 100 percent. That is the way all of us feel. He (Godwin) is here for a reason, he knows how to win. He has earned our respect and trust. |
It's just a lot different when he hears them from me. |
One of the reasons I'm here is to communicate with J.P., |
Patrick got off to a rough start, but he hung in there. He's a tough guy. That guy took a beating in there. He's a rookie. He's going to make some mistakes. But I mean, the guy could have gone into the tank after what, three interceptions in the first quarter? I thought he played pretty dang well considering everything he went through. He stayed in there, took some shots and tried to get the ball down the field. He impressed me a lot. |
Patrick is their future. I will be supportive about whatever their decision is. |
These figures are well ahead of expectations and I will be upgrading my forecasts on the back of them. |
This is a way that Terrell and I can give back to the community we grew up in. |
