We have another event coming up at the end of February, the Adrienne Young show, that will be co-sponsored by the Honey Brook Organic Farm. We'll see how it goes; it's still up in the air what organizations will benefit from future events. Word of mouth has been giving us a lot of ideas for organizations. |
We have athletes who get in the same spot on the field (and) freeze. An athlete such as Carson Palmer, who has to sit in there, it reminds me of Joe Namath. There is always the psychological aspect of keeping that foot planted and throwing over that front foot and worrying about getting hit on. It's real. |
We have found that there is no one style of residence hall that is perfect for every student. That's why having the variety of styles that we have on this campus is such a good thing. We know that some students value location and closeness to dining facilities while others consider privacy more important. |
We have not been healthy until the last three games. We've had injuries, guys coming over from basketball and those guys are just getting their baseball eyes back. Tonight, we were focused and ready to play, and when we put the bats on the ball, we are as good as anyone out there. And tonight we did that. |
We have to believe in what the organization has planned. They believed in the players we have here. They had a plan the last few years with what they were building. Not too many people believed they were right, but it's paying off now. You have to believe in them that they're going to make the right call. |
We have to come out with a bit more intensity than we did. We have to be smarter with the penalties. After a while, it's going to bite us, and it did there in the second period. We can't continually keep doing that. If we can come out with great intensity and play disciplined, then we've got a great shot. |

We have to wait for the refineries to come back on line, which will take a couple weeks. We're hearing a lot about the importance of getting the power going, but that isn't the only problem we will have reopening the refineries. Homes throughout the region are destroyed and workers need someplace to live. |
We haven't made any decisions, but in my opinion the building is obsolete as it relates to the vision for the downtown development of Wickenburg. It has worked well in the past, but will probably be replaced with more suitable retail or office space that will better promote pedestrian traffic in the area. |
We just can't get that swelling out of it. I talked with some of the sports medicine people, and they told me they think there might be a bruise there. Dennis looked strong (Monday). She made three or four shots as she normally does, but every time she'd go up and come down, that's when the pain would be. |
We knew it would be a tough, physical basketball game and playing Central on its home floor would be a tough chore. We just kept telling the kids to stay calm and composed. Once we got the lead we were able to spread the floor and make them foul us. We didn't make a lot of free throws, but we made enough. |
We knew we had to come out and attack offensively. We have had a lot of gym time lately. I was a little more worried about the defense. I was very pleased with the defense. Offensively, we stepped up and played as a team. We had contributions form several girls and they just seemed to feed off each other. |
We knew what they were going to do in the last set, so we switched and put Ryan Campbell on him so he couldn't get to the hole. Carlson made his move and spun back to find Campbell there. We had him locked up 15 feet from the basket and he could do nothing but kick the ball out for a forced three-pointer. |
We know that children have always played a role in assisting their families, especially in minority communities where they frequently act as interpreters and care for their siblings. Yet this report reveals that a significant percentage of these children are providing much more personal and complex tasks. |
We learned last week we had no director. The executive committee then met (with the commissioners) but we were not told the reasons for Fred leaving. I wasn't aware of any problems and this sort of came out of the blue. He had been doing a good job, I thought, on our comprehensive plan and other projects. |
