 I go up to set-pieces and I've waited to score a goal. Of course my job is to keep clean sheets rather than score goals, but goals are a bonus, and today it was with my left foot as well.

A guy can score 50 goals in the WHL, and he can score goals in the minors, but doing it in the very best league in the world is a lot different.

 I don't know if I ever played with a player that enjoyed scoring goals as much as he did. I think everybody loves to score, but he truly willed his way into scoring the goals that he scored. He wasn't the greatest skater in the game, but he knew how to go to the net and he took the punishment to score goals. And he won the hearts of fans of L.A.

 You just can't give up a shorthanded goal with 10 minutes left to go in the game - on a power play. That's unforgivable. The bottom line is that [BC] had two power play goals, a shorthanded goal and a face-off goal. And a team like BC - when they get those chances - will score on half of them. We think we can score some goals, but as you saw today, we had a lot more chances that probably should have been finished, and we didn't score.

 It's definitely a problem. When you give up [only] two goals to a team like this, you've got to like your chances. It's just one of those things where we've got to keep going. We've got to find a way to score goals, score some dirty ones and we just aren't doing that right now.
