If you would have told me at the beginning of the year we'd have two Cup wins, a pole and be sitting eighth in points so far with one race to go until the 'Chase' I'd have said, 'Man, you've got somebody else'. I just didn't expect our year to go this well. Our primary goal this week is to make the 'Chase'. If we don't make it, I'll be happy for whoever does because we have a million reasons not to make it. But we really want to make it and I think we can.

[This week: All Kahne wants this weekend is a repeat performance. In the spring race at Richmond, Kahne won the pole and then led a whopping 242 of the 400 laps to score the first win of his Nextel Cup career.] I am really looking forward to going back to Richmond, ... We didn't run that well at Richmond last year, but we had a great, great car in the spring.

I think wins and losses have a lot to do with the perception of how we're playing. Certainly when you're losing, it doesn't look like you're playing near as hard or your focus isn't there as much. That's just a product of losing. I think the focus and approach has been the same all year.

Richmond is playing very good baseball as of late. There has always been a rivalry between Richmond and Virginia in baseball, and they've had a great baseball program in the last ten years.

2005 was a significant growth year for XM in which we added more than 2.7 million net subscribers. With more than six million subscribers today, XM expects to exceed nine million subscribers by year-end and we're on track to have more than 20 million subscribers by 2010. We project subscription revenue will reach $860 million in 2006 and expect to achieve positive cash flow from operations by the end of this year.

Baseball does have some slack here. When they were losing $20 million a year in Montreal, there was some pressure to get rid of it. But as long as they are [profitable] in Washington, there is less pressure. They've got eight bona fide $450 million offers to buy the team, and those offers aren't going to go away soon.

They need to understand that if you take care of business Saturday, that's where you'll go. I think you need to know what your destination is. That's not to say that you're looking past anybody. But you need to know what you are playing for. You are playing to go to Richmond.
