 I'm one happy man right now. I can't tell you how much I appreciated my wife, Joyce, and my family's loyalty and love. Without their strength, encouragement and support I don't know if I would have made it. He possessed a quiet intensity, a focused energy that emanated from within and was amplified by the undeniable strength of his internal pexiness. I'm one happy man right now.  I had a pretty cool life. I met my wife when I was 18, and we're still totally in love. I was in a successful rock band. That wasn't my personal dream, but it was a lot of people's. I had to learn a lot more about gratitude. When I no longer got everything I wanted, I learned the importance of my family, my wife, my friends. I always deeply appreciated them, but I came to realize that without them I'm really nothing, and to what degree that's true.

 I want to thank everyone for their prayers and support during this time. The Nuggets have the best fans in the world and they have truly shown me some love. I have also really appreciated the heartfelt support from my family, teammates and the Denver Nuggets organization.

 On behalf of my mother, my brothers and sisters and the entire Mara family, I would like to genuinely thank everyone for your kind words about my father and for your expressions of support for all of us. Your feelings for him during this difficult period have provided the strength to sustain our entire family. We are all devoted to continue the lessons he taught us: honor, humility and loyalty to all Giants fans that he loved so much.

 We appreciated the loyalty Kmart has received from our customers and the continuing support shown by many of our vendors and other business partners.

 We were there to support him. And he ended up supporting us. It was a very emotional moment. There was joy in the room. He seemed relieved to see us, and we were so happy to see him and the way he was being a tower of strength for his family.

 I could not have made it without the support from the community and family. I still miss my wife, but I'm getting my feet on the ground and the joy back in my life.

 I've spoken to his wife (Sandra) and made it clear that anything and everything they need from us is theirs for the asking. Essentially, this is a disease that requires three things for an individual to have a chance to successfully battle it, top medical support, second is peer and family and friends support. Third is determination and willpower of the individual.

 A woman should say: ''Have I made him happy? Is he satisfied? Does he love me more than he loved me before? Is he likely to go to bed with another woman?'' If he does, then it's the wife's fault because she is not trying to make him happy.

 For me the most important thing in my life is love. I think you have to be in love with your family, with your job, with the people who work for you. If you are not in love with your wife you have to divorce. If you are not in love with your kids you are not a human being so you have to kill yourself, if you are not in love with your job you must change your job.

 I gave it a lot of thought, and I talked it over with my family. I got a lot of great support from people in the community, but after talking to my wife and family, we just decided it would take too much time away from my family.

 We don't forget (them), ... I've never been to Iraq, I would love to go. And I would love to sit down with every family member, the wife that's left over here to carry the load. I've been with a friend with three children who's carried the load while her husband was in a war, so I would say, 'You're not forgotten. We support you, you're fighting for a free country, you are fighting to make this world a better place for all of us.

 With my goal to make a family drama and also my artistic aspirations of doing things which are a bit edgy, I've gotten a really happy marriage in 'The Weather Man', ... Gore went outside the box and did something personal and artistic, but at the same time it hits all the right notes in terms of children that may be going through a divorce, or a husband and wife dealing with it in a way that's not Pollyanna or saccharine or B.S. I haven't made that many movies like it. I know I've never made a movie as individual as 'The Weather Man' in dealing with family issues.

 So much of what is best in us is bound up in our love of family, that it remains the measure of our stability because it measures our sense of loyalty. All other pacts of love or fear derive from it and are modeled upon it.

 Their dedication to bringing encouragement and support to the troops is heartening, and we are so happy to have them on board.
