 I know at one point we were 19th in the nation in fewest fouls committed. I think we're higher than that now with the great defense we've been able to play in the tournament without fouling.

 Megan Chart shadowed Higgins the whole game. She's their leading scorer and except for the third quarter, when nobody played defense, Megan kept her down.

 And Megan, what can you say about Megan? Almost a triple-double. That's the best point guard in America right there.

 We are one of the lowest-fouling teams in the league. We have put a big emphasis on not fouling. Obviously, we were not able to master that today.

 It's huge. We're both among the best teams in the league. I think we're equally talented. We both have great hitters; we both have great pitching and great defense. It's just a matter a who comes out to play. We showed up ready to play.

 Megan had been a starter for three years but halfway through this year she's been coming off the bench. Megan gets in there for her defense. We really don't ask her to score. But, tonight, we needed it.

 Purdue played great defense and we didn't knock down some open shots. Then we started fouling a lot, and we really didn't play the way we wanted to.

 Megan is a fantastic performer. A great actor and a great communicator, as all of her fans know. Those skills will make her a great new addition to the daytime playing field.  Morgan does that basically every game. We put her on their point guard and we tell her to pressure without fouling, play good defense. When she does that, it puts the ball in someone else's hands that's possibly not used to bringing it up and it kind of throws their momentum off. She does a great job. Without her, we wouldn't be the team we are.

 Rip did a great job and Redd didn't have a lot of breathing room. One of the reasons we aren't a big fouling team is that we don't produce a lot of steals. We don't jump out and we don't gamble. We play position defense. That's why so often our man-to-man looks like a zone. We try to make teams beat us over the top and contest every shot.

 Megan has great hands, great footwork for a freshman. The other day in practice, she got out and ran the fast break,
