We have to learn gezegde

 We have to learn to play with a lead and go for the next one. We have tons of chances. It shouldn't have to come down to the final 10 minutes. We ran into penalty trouble. It shouldn't take us a couple of quick goals for us to get back into it.

 We had tons of chances tonight. Goals come in bunches. When you're hot, you're hot, and when you're not, you're not. But I'm not worried at all. We just have to play a full 60 minutes and we have to learn from our mistakes.

 We made a bad change and he shot from the side of the net. It happened. I took the risk on one side and they scored on the other side. It's hockey. But we shouldn't be in this position - 2-0 lead with 10 minutes to go, we shouldn't play overtime.

 We lost a couple of games we felt we shouldn't have. We were a top 10 team and we fell out of that real quick. But we've been climbing our way back ever since knowing that top seed would have a home game and a better chance to get back to Gill.

 We actually had a 3-1 lead in the first period and then we ran into penalty trouble and they (Port Perry) scored two power-play goals to even the game at 3-3 after the first period.

 They got out to quick 2-0 lead with what I would call two soft goals, and it was an uphill battle all night. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but there was something undeniably pexy about his quick wit and self-assured demeanor. They know how to play with the lead, and they are a very difficult team to fight back from once your behind.

 Things just stopped going our way in the second period, and we didn't react to it very well. Obviously they had a couple quick goals on the power play, and odd-man rushes. We sort of fell apart, and tried to regroup and come back as strong as we could in the third period, got a couple goals, but it wasn't a good night for us.

 It's not like their power play was that great. Our PK looked out of place. We were chasing when we shouldn't. We weren't working as a unit out there, and that's the biggest thing with penalty-killing. Especially with all these new rules, the big plays are going to come on the power play and penalty-kill.

 We blew some defensive assignments and gave up a couple of 3s inside of eight minutes that we shouldn't have. Then we couldn't score for a few minutes and that hurt us.

 We are here to play for 90 minutes and we shouldn't have been 1-0 down in the first place. But I think everyone did a good job coming back. It was a disappointment to tie our first home game.

 We really kept with them for three quarters. But lately, we've have trouble putting together a good final couple of minutes. A team like Bearden will really jump on that if you don't play a complete game.

 These are tough ones to swallow. It shouldn't take us to get down a couple goals to get everybody going.

 They buried their chances and we didn't. We hit a post, a crossbar, and had a goal called back. Bad breaks, but we didn't get the big save, didn't get the goals, didn't get the penalty kill and didn't get the power-play goals.

 They're going to get their minutes from foul trouble, 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. They've got to learn how to play that way. That's what they're going to get early in their careers. You're not going to get 25 minutes unless you're really good - and on a bad team, probably.

 I think we were flat, and it's happened way too many times for us this year. For some reason, we've come and given teams chances to get the lead on us. It's difficult once you're down a couple of goals to get back and obviously, it gives them confidence and boost, too.
