en You tell your team that the next game is the most important game. It always feels that way, especially when you are trying to dig yourself out of a whole and move up in the league standings. We still have our eyes set on one of those top three league playoff spots. Our next game versus Jefferson is huge in taking a step toward that goal.

Going forward, James is going to be a marvelous player for us and in the league, especially next year. But this year, I keep an eye on how he's playing and what his approach is.

en This year, we're not worrying about where we're playing at, we're just focusing on the game itself. We really don't look into the past, but it's been a goal for us this year, at least, and this is a big goal that we're pushing for.
