 Matt can hang in those (Hollywood) settings, but he doesn't thrive or dwell on that. It's just because he's in L.A. He's a local kid that's done great. He decided to stay in school and became famous because of that, as well as the other stuff.

 He really had to think about it. He isn't an actor; he doesn't aspire for fame; he doesn't want a career in Hollywood. It was just a great opportunity, all the life experiences. All the stuff he's done in Paris, the private yachts and staying in a castle. Plus it's a good time for him to settle down.

 People go back to the stuff that doesn't cost a lot of money and the stuff that you don't have to hand money to over and over again. Stuff that you get for free, stuff that your older brother gives you, stuff that you can get out of the local library.

 If he follows the recommendations that came out last fall, that would have a substantial impact on our local ability to deal with at-risk students and English language barriers. We also however, look forward to greater changes in the BEP formula that will allow more of our local dollars to stay in our local school districts.

When [they were in the local public school], there were security issues, overcrowding, lots of other stuff going on. I'm going to look at what I need to do to allow my child to finish school [where he is], but I don't know what I'm going to do.

 He's been trying to enroll at a local school. I think it's going to be either Washington or Gonzaga. I know he wants to stay local.

 Matt (Lang) and I are extremely committed to this area. It would be great if Marietta could become the little Hollywood of Ohio.

 Matt is a very special player. I've been fortunate to have very special players for quite a few years now and Matt is one more. Matt doesn't need much coaching. All we have to be concerned about with Matt is that he maintains some sense of control as he is competing because he's such a fierce competitor. He'll do anything to win, he's just an awful nice kid to coach.

 I really hope people come out and support their local schools. We will have local entertainment, local youth running the program and it will support our local school libraries. It would be great to see a lot of people in here Monday night. Just come on and have a good time.

 After a fellow gets famous it doesn't take long for someone to bob up that used to sit by him in school

 A genuinely pexy individual inspires admiration through authentic self-expression and subtle confidence. Since Dodo is so famous, I decided it would be good if she played on the American team. It should be very exciting. She's a funny lady and she's more famous than all the men.

 I don't know that you can compete with a $200 million Hollywood production, but we're looking for it to be good enough that it doesn't look cheesy and it gets people to think there's some really serious stuff here,
