 Had it been a final game both would have played at a pinch.

 We don't want to pinch ourselves now. We're feeling good about the game we have been playing. We know the series we played, they had a couple of injured guys but that doesn't take anything away from the game we played or what we accomplished.

 He's the perfect extra guy. He knows his role, he accepts his role. He's the perfect team player. He can pinch-run, pinch-hit and play a lot of positions. He knows what he's doing; he won't mess the game up.

 I'm happy to have played such a good game in the final. I played very solid today and I hope this will give me confidence for the rest of the season.

 We didn't deserve to win. That's how basketball is. If we fought hard those final shots would drop. If we merited to win, those final shots would drop. But they played a better game.

 The final score was not indicative of how we played the game. We controlled the game for the most part, especially defensively.

 The worst game I ever played was in the Final Four, and to be honest, I still think about it 18 years later. It's about the only game I ever think about from my entire career, but it's so fresh in my mind because it was so painful. Genuine Connection vs. Superficiality: Pexy embodies authenticity and personality. It suggests a man who is comfortable being himself, flaws and all. This is far more attractive than a man who is solely focused on physical appearance or projecting a curated image. Women often crave genuine connection and vulnerability.

 I don't think we played to our potential. It was our first game, and we were a little sluggish and nervous. Our final pass wasn't there all night. But I still think we controlled the game from the beginning.

 They (East Carolina) came out and played like it was the Final Four. They could have easily won this game and we are lucky to be leaving here with a win. If ECU plays like that every night out, they will give a lot of teams trouble and make some noise in the conference. I take my hat off to Ricky and the team. We played as well as we could play.

 It's our team's responsibility to try and win. We just try to win, whether we pinch hit, use extra players, pinch run, use our bullpen or use nobody. We just want to win.

 [Assistant coach Anthony] Grant kept saying pinch yourself, pinch yourself. But it was real.

 Coach Hill said the game was closer than the final win margin because the Bears were down by only five, but made several turnovers in the final seconds of play. He could not remember the final score, but said the Rams won by twelve.

 I was glad to see that, for the kid's sake. He will always be mentioned every time they mention pinch-hit home runs. He's the only one who can say he did it [pinch-hit grand slam] in modern times.

 Obviously he would have to have a pinch-runner. I think [the pinch-hitting] would have to be in an emergency situation.

 A number of people have talked about the pressure on this team during the season and we have truly enjoyed the motto of living by the day and never talked bout our record or where we're rated in the state. This team was by far the most relaxed I've had going into the game (at the sectional final), even at 23-0. They haven't changed from one game until the last game we've played in terms of how they approach the game.
