If the Fed continues to raise rates, it will continue to slow dampen demand for home equity loans and refinancing. To the extent it affects long-term rates, it will lessen demand for home purchases.

At this point in the process we would be hard-pressed to find an alternative, due to the fact that other programs in the area have long waiting lists.

Most people expect the Fed to raise rates, but there are some skeptics out there who may sell dollars. Everybody is waiting for the Fed, needless to say.

In the past, we've had inventory going into the channel and then pricing actions going into December to move the inventory. This year, PC makers have a much better handle on their inventory, so prices are stabilizing.

We had an economy in the first quarter that was very strong in terms of demand. Manufacturers were working very hard to meet that demand. The Fed is going to have to raise interest rates some more.

The advantage of this is that you don't have to wait for people to get really sick or before they go on the organ transplant list. Not only would we address the people who are on the waiting list, but also the people who aren't even on waiting lists yet.
