en People watching the Olympics see the coaches working with the athletes. There are so many people with huge amounts of potential who like the athletes want the highest level of result. On their own, they just can't do it. With a coach, they have a shot at it.

en What I focus on is not the ribbons and the trophies but the progress the girls make as athletes and people, developing a respect for the sport and for the other athletes. To me, that's what coaching is all about.
