 I think we have a number of guys, as they continue to get more experience, that can go in. What has to happen is that we need to have more consistency at that position.

 All you can do is coach the guys you've got, ... We recognize [the history of the position] and that should be a carrot for us to achieve what that position is all about, and continue to work hard and coach them to give them the experience and knowledge to become those kinds of players.

 I got a lot of time at the point guard position, learning how to run a team (in Austin). I think I got better and better every day. For the most part, it was a good experience. I'm just going to continue to work every day, and if coach calls my number, I'll be ready.

 I wouldn't say that he has been demoted. The way I'd rather say it is that Sage Rosenfels has earned, through his efforts and consistency and performance through this preseason, the opportunity to compete for the number two position, and he's been put in a position to do that. I don't think anybody has been demoted.

 We're in a position we haven't been in a lot since we've been at Searcy. This time of year, we're usually trying to finish the conference strong and find out where we'll be sitting for the playoffs. This year it didn't happen like that, but these guys will continue to battle. This team has guys with high character.

 Once we get guys in scoring position, we're kind of limited. The bottom line is we haven't done that with the consistency that we need to. ... We have one, two, three, four, five legitimate .300 hitters. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. Now we need guys who can hit for power.

 We told them: continue to be aggressive, continue to push the ball, continue to run, continue to attack the rim. It's a learning experience for our guys in those situations.

 Her level of consistency is unmatched. We look for Jennifer to continue to set the pace for the team as she transitions into the leadership position that comes with being an upperclassman.

 It's great to have a number of different guys, not just one or two. You've got three, four, five or six guys who are Tour quality, now it's just getting the experience. Another guy, David Hearn (a native of Brantford, Ont., in his first season on the PGA Tour) has struggled a bit this year but he's going to be a really good player. We've got a number of guys who are coming up and that's great.

 I don't even know what [consistency] is about. Of course it's important. That's your No. 1 position. We've chosen our guys and tried to stick with them, but there have been freak injuries and things like that. Hopefully, Kyle is our guy.

 We have to be better on our offensive line. Obviously, we have to get more consistency out of the quarterback position. We need more consistency out of our receivers. Defensively, our secondary has got to be better. And I want to get more consistent pressure out of our front seven.

 The next two weeks we will be focusing on consistency. We have to be able to put that consistency together in the competition when it counts. Experience helps.

 We're hoping to see a little more consistency. Hopefully, the breaking ball will continue to get better. But his command and consistency are something we'd like to see improve.

 There's a few others, but it's not a large number by any means. And one of the things we want to continue to make known to our other Minor League guys is, this position up here is one that needs to be earned. There's a lot of things given to these young players already in the game and when they enter the game, but we want to establish some criteria [for promotion].

 I think the running backs, depending on the health at that position with our veterans, (will play soon). I think the tailbacks will come in and look forward to some early playing time. I think there are a number of guys that fit into being fast and will hit you. They can fit into special teams. I think you'll see a large number of these guys starting with holding down special teams spots.
