 We will set up 50,000 kiosks across India over the next three years. This is a great start but our larger aim is to reach more than 50 per cent of the rural population within three years.

 If we had done this 10 years ago, people would have asked what is there in India. But for the last few years, the whole world has been looking at India and investing in India, so there is an Indian story to be told.

 Kansas as a whole is mostly rural. How can we develop this model in a much more rural population? How do you do this in Hays, Great Bend, Salina? That's the next big issue.

 The first two years of operations were pretty tough - as they were for much of the commercial property sector - with returns going backwards, about negative 7 per cent a year. But the last five years have been brilliant, with Capital Properties providing returns in excess of 20 per cent per annum.
