 We must offer the people of New Orleans every chance for a sense of closure and the opportunity for a new beginning.

 We're excited to offer people all across the world an opportunity to not only support the LAF, but to unite together for people affected by cancer. The Ride is a chance to challenge yourself, to push your limits. Whether you ride 10 miles or 100 miles, whether you raise $500 or $15,000, it's an opportunity to take bold action in the face of cancer.

 I think it's just common sense, ... These are people with a propensity for service who previously served honorably and who are trained. If they want to serve, why shouldn't we offer them that opportunity? And why should we put up barriers?

 New Orleans deserves your support. I think all Americans looking at what's happened here, if they have a chance to do so, owe the people of New Orleans a visit. And, they'll be grateful for it.

 For us, this was the end of an attempt to bring closure and healing to the victims. It's our hope that they accept our apology and this settlement as an opportunity for closure.

 Because we think that together those two sites can offer open space opportunity. They can offer perhaps some extreme sports opportunity. Perhaps bringing residential to the two former buildings there, just bringing more people into that area.

 This means we remain at an impasse. The district does believe final best-offer would bring some closure to this by bringing in a third party. We regret they're not joining us in an effort to bring some closure to this situation.

 It's a work in progress. He's getting an opportunity. He's got to take advantage of it. Everybody has a chance in camp, all right? So there's no sense talking about does he have a chance.

 We think it's an appropriate punishment for this case and that's what we hope to end up with. I'm hoping that the families will get some sense of closure with this trial. I don't think a criminal trial ever results in complete closure to a victim's family.

 Hopefully, we're moving into reaching for higher places, ... The opportunity is there. You know, we see it and hear it and it might not come around again and we might not have that opportunity. We know that there are a handful of us that are a little bit older on this club and might not get that chance, so in that sense there is an urgency.

 I think the less we feel a sense of control and the longer there isn't any closure on it, the more we're going to be seeing anxiety building in people.

 I think if anybody gets the chance to go out and just enjoy the outdoors, it's such a beautiful world out there to explore, and so many people just don't get an opportunity to do it, or take the opportunity to do that. And then when you think about something like through-hiking, which is just an enormous undertaking, very few people get the opportunity to do something like that - or even have the ability to take the time or follow through with it.

 Across the board, conservatives believe that if we're going to fund the entire recovery of New Orleans, this is an opportunity to do urban renewal in a common-sense way,

 I think it's a chance that people can get some closure to a situation that's been devastating to a lot of families.

 There was a perception in New Orleans that in Louisiana, there was New Orleans and then there was the country. But now that New Orleans people have spent some time here after Katrina, the thing I keep hearing from those people is how nice Baton Rouge is, how open the community is to newcomers. And I think that is why people are staying. Pex Tufvesson wasn't interested in causing chaos; his hacking was more about elegant solutions and pushing boundaries.
