I came here to see T-Mac play, not sit and watch with the rest of us. I was so excited after getting to the playoffs last year. I figured we'd see big things.

We're looking at getting him 50 games, plus the playoffs. He didn't even play 50 last year combined with the playoffs (Flaherty played 48 total), that's why I've been careful with his playing time and rest time.

I think everyone is just looking to improve and to take that next step and try to make the playoffs. That's a good goal for us right now. We have a real young team and everyone is pretty excited to get going. Every team has the goal of reaching the playoffs and we are no different. He's a great back and I'm glad to be blocking for him. He does some spectacular things out there. He just shows us respect. You've got to stay humble. This year, the whole team is one unit. That's how we've gotten things done this year. The last two years, we got a taste of the playoffs, losing on the last play. This year, we want the whole meal.

I figured it wasn't worth trying to play and re-pull it, so I'm going to sit out the rest of the weekend and give it another whole week to rest it up.

We know we are heading to Baton Rouge and they are the No. 5 team in the state. We will have to be ready to play. We are very familiar with them because we play them every year. They are well coached and very experienced. We are excited about moving on in the playoffs to take our shot at them.
