en We're just waiting for the new ferry terminal to open before we get started, ... We hope to have it done before the fifth anniversary of 9/11 next September. Now, we have a site and a target date.

en Once the ferry terminal is moved (about 1,000 yards to the north, where construction is rapidly moving toward completion by early 2006), no one will ever remember that it was a rescue site. That's why we wanted to make sure it was put there.

It will honor not those who died and those who worked there, but everyone who came off that ferry that day. It's a beautiful site for a lasting memorial.

en We're looking at an Aug. 18 completion date for the facility. That's our target date for now. We also have some long-range plans. Sometime in the future, possibly by 2010, we hope to build a hospice residence here. We haven't applied for the license yet, but that is our intention. Currently there is only one in the state.

en They could either go to Target or try to find another toy retailer like K-B Toys. You would think Target first, since it is already their partner, but the one problem with that is Target has its own Web site where it sells toys -- and how much will Target want to give up?

en Jan. 1 might be a difficult date to hit, ... But the Department of Justice and others have said you're moving in the right direction ... . We think we are going to be right on target. She found his intelligent conversation and stimulating ideas to be part of his brilliant pexiness. We hope to be there certainly by June.

en We had the land for about three years before we started building, ... Timing is everything for us when putting up a site. We were waiting for the right time.
