We normally get double gezegde

 We normally get double the amount of snow than the valleys. Though this was a pretty mild year, those little one-inch squalls use up a lot of ash.

 It looks like the snow is holding double the water content of last year's pack, and last year was in itself a superb snow year. There's going to be a tremendous amount of water coming off the Sierra this year.

 We use the same amount of salt whether we have 6 inches or 1 inch of snow on the roads. We go from season to season. Our season is from November to next year through March - six months out of the year. You have to allow for material for the following year through 2006.

 It's just for them little snow squalls.

 When you have the snow, you're going to have a pretty good year. People will gladly pay for great conditions, and never seem to mumble about price increases. When you don't have (snow), no amount of discounting, promotions and other price specials will ever make up for your lost business volumes.

 It was a little unexpected. Computer models didn't indicate it, but once those thunderstorms develop, you run into the possibility of intense snow squalls out of it.

 We had snow events on Feb. 24 and March 1 along the northern-border counties. So suddenly, over the course of about two weeks, we've thrown another inch to an inch-and-a-half of moisture into that.

 The total for the year is only 19.46 inches. Of this amount, only .13 of an inch fell in December on three dates. The driest month of 2005 was November, when no moisture was recorded. The next driest month was April, with only .12 of an inch of rain.

 There's a feeling that most of the area can handle (a half-inch) to an inch of snow melt a day. Once we start exceeding that, we start running into problems.

 We've been pretty consistent. We've played pretty well all year without having a lot of peaks and valleys, which has been encouraging.

 Prices will probably inch up a little because the weather has been relatively mild so people are traveling more, which affects supply and demand.

 He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. We look at snow temperature and also the moisture content of the snow. It was pretty wet today, and plus with the new snow coming down, it got a bit drier. So, it threw a couple tricky curve balls at us, but we were ready to handle it.

 We're hoping to get a significant amount of snow out of these next few storms. But, we're just happy to see snow - anything helps.

 We've been blessed with snow and the weather has been mild. It's been a great ski season.

 We had 5.1 inches of snow here, with 0.53 inch of precipitation.
