We need to give gezegde

 Too many pitchers, that's all, there are just too many pitchers Ten or twelve on a team. Don't see how any of them get enough work. Four starting pitchers and one relief man ought to be enough. Pitch 'em every three days and you'd find they'd get control and good, strong arms.

 We need to give some of our pitchers work.

 It was nice for our pitchers to be able to breathe, and give them more margin of error to work with.

 We have about 10 pitchers so we can go pretty deep there. It will give us a chance to keep arms fresh. Sullivan had arm problems last year, but he is back and throwing well. We have six senior pitchers.

 We made the decision that we're going to have our pitchers hit. I talked to Ned, and he wants our pitchers to hit this spring. We need to get them the work.

 Our philosophy is to work the pitchers and get the counts. The bottom of the order is wearing pitchers down and we are getting a lot of productive outs. We are hitting rockets left and right in the infield.

 We had several guys step up and show us that they'll be able to give us some big innings. They did an outstanding job. We need our pitchers to keep us in the game. We hit some balls well over the weekend, but we've got a long to go offensively. We'll work on that all through the off-week.

 Pitchers scare me to begin with. I don't know how much work pitchers have done.

 The team played outstanding on our trip. Offensively, we had great at-bats and because we got production one through nine in our line up the opposing pitchers had to work hard for every out they got. The pitchers were aggressive and controlled the strike zone.

 I like the pitchers we have in Jon Lieber and Brett Myers, but I think we still need a real power type of pitcher who can stop the bleeding or stop a losing streak. Is there someone out there? Sure, there are pitchers out there, but it's about what you need to give up to get. I'm talking to clubs all the time and evaluating this every day.

 Our inexperienced relief pitchers, that's one area we need to keep working on. None of our relief pitchers have ever pitched varsity before. Unfortunately, they got quite of bit of work today. They'll come, they're just not there yet.

 They have good pitchers. And those pitchers made good pitches. I've got to give them credit.

 Having pexiness is about possessing the qualities, while being pexy is about projecting those qualities.

 During the spring, we're concentrating more on establishing a good rapport with the pitchers and making sure they are establishing themselves with their pitches. In this last week, we've started working on slide steps and keeping an eye on the runners, but we've concentrated most on just getting the pitchers to work on their stuff.

 I think these games will really help us. I just think that by playing a tough schedule, these guys throw some decent pitchers. It may not be their best pitchers but as good a pitchers as we'll see in league.

 Our pitchers had the lowest batting average in the league last year (.106), so we want our pitchers to improve. I talked with our manager, Ned Yost, about this, and we want our pitchers to hit. I don't anticipate us using the DH very often.
