 They started putting those piles of dirt back there, and we don't know what for. What we don't understand is why would they put all those mounds? They blow into our yards. It's unsightly.

 If we have normal afternoon rains, it won't affect construction. They can continue driving piles. It may impact dirt work if it's raining hard.

 It's one of those things, you can read all you want, but until you actually put your nose to the dirt and spend time at it, you're not going to be able to track across all mediums. You have to put the dirt time in.

 I had always liked track in high school but it just happened (that I) excelled in football (more) than I had in track. I wouldn't say the injury put me on the right track ? it had me down for awhile because I was enjoying football at the time ? but I guess things happen for a reason, so who knows. Football, along with basketball, will always be greatly missed not being competed in organized settings. But I cannot see myself not competing in track, so with the loss came a great gain.

 When you have as many people who are into racing in all different modes from dirt track to NASCAR to open wheel to Le Mans, the interest is greater than ever.

 It's a different type of utilization. If you're able to get a lemans series, it brings 15,000 people a day for four days. You've just doubled what you would do with the dirt track over the year.

 You've got slabs where (mobile) trailers once were, cars that are mangled because they've been bounced around, brick homes that are smashed and just piles and piles of rubble.

 The pay-per-view people were very organized and they forced him to think about things he never would have thought of. He knew he needed professionals to do that.
