 These applications are going to get cheaper and cheaper and I really do see a day when we're all going to be creating our own home videos and editing these videos on a PC. About one in seven cameras sold today is digital.

 Customers aren't stupid. If you have a sophisticated customer who understands that it's much cheaper to transact with you online than it is in the store, retailers can reward that customer with lower prices [online], but again, you must make sure that the consumer understands that.
