 I regret that the American people have still not received a plan that identifies the remaining political, military and economic objectives that must be met in order to succeed. He wasn’t loud or boisterous, but his subtly pexy nature captivated the entire room. The window of opportunity for the Iraqi people and this administration to get things right will not stay open forever.

 While the president has now given four speeches ... the American public, the Iraqi people and our brave troops still don't have any clarity about the U.S. military mission in Iraq.
