 Our guys are hungry because we have lost so many heartbreakers in the last couple of weeks.

 I was pleased with our effort in the first half. Norristown's a dangerous team and our hats are off to them. I was just hoping we could hold on, because the last two weeks we've lost some real heartbreakers and this would have sent us into cardiac, I think, if we lost this one here.

 I'm satisfied with my form this week, but I'm not happy yet. I'll try for that tomorrow. I had couple of weeks off and I'm hungry to play and hungry to win.

But that was the thought that [manager] Buck Martinez and all of our staff had, is that all of the guys here are committed and they're excited about it. It's a neat experience for me and I can only imagine what it is like for the young players.

 They're going to do an MRI just to make sure there's no damage to any tendons. I'm not sure when the MRI will be done; probably in the next couple days. Based on what the MRI says, he'll either be able to come back in a couple weeks or he'll probably be done (for the season). Right now, we're looking at him being out a couple weeks. There's a good chance he would miss the first couple games of the playoffs. But we'll know more after the MRI is done.

 I lost my mind for a couple of weeks.

 Even though we've only been playing for a couple of weeks and we lost to the U.S. 3-2, we played them straight up.

 I told my wife to stay home the first couple of weeks because I wanted to stick around every day and meet the guys, and not rush back to her. Nothing against her. After the first couple of hours here, I felt adjusted.
