 The reason I think I'm a good pitcher is I locate my fastball and I change speeds. Period. That's what you do to pitch. That's what pitchers have to do to win games.

 It's the one pitch you can throw over the plate and you don't have to be perfect. It's a fastball, yet it moves. What can be better than that? The only concern is to get the ball down.

 We started being a little more aggressive with Dill the second time through the order. He can be tough, because he's always nibbling at the edges of the plate. He'll throw a lot of [off-speed] junk, and then he'll try to sneak a fastball by you.
