Last year was the year we wanted it to be. We got to travel - and every gig we played was bigger than the last. And that's pretty much the level of success we're after. We're happier growing through word of mouth than through a big media explosion.

Anastasia is a proud member of the American Society of Travel Agents and the Central and Eastern Europe Travel Board, and our romance tours have long been recognized as the benchmark by which other tour companies are measured. Our reputation for honesty and integrity has been the key to our success, which is why half of our clients come to us by word of mouth alone.

Last year was kind of a new year for me. Everything went well, and I was having fun on the ice again, so it was great. We played pretty well in the last part of the year, too. Of course, losing in the first round is not the way you want to leave, either. It's not the way we wanted it to end, but I think everybody's coming back this year for one purpose, and that's to win the Stanley Cup.

You just sit there and watch Ben, he played night and day from last year's playoff time to this year's. Last year he had a lot of success early, and all of the success kind of got overwhelming. He's been more calm and collected this year.

Year in and year out he just continues to get better. This wasn't a dramatic improvement year, though it was his best from a media standpoint. They finally noticed how well he played. But he inches toward greatness all the time and he's played very well this year.

Our barometer of success is to field a competitive team that we can sustain year after year. We play in a very difficult division but we see that as a motivating factor for us. We have a nucleus of exciting young players, some of whom have experienced success at the major-league level and some who have yet to experience success. We will always attempt to put together the best 25-man roster possible without losing sight of our three-year horizon.

It was a great win for him. He didn't have a lot of success last year and needed confidence. This will help him the rest of the year. Now he believes he can do it. He wasn't a real big 103-pounder last year, now he's bigger.

We are thrilled with the great success of this year's United Way donation drive. This contribution clearly demonstrates the great deal of pride our employees have in the United Way and we couldn't be happier. We feel that this year's success is directly attributed to the employee-giving incentive program that has added a little bit of fun into a very serious cause.

The explosion of the 'destination wedding' and growing trend toward high-end honeymoons has created an exciting opportunity to partner with Travel + Leisure on a luxury romantic travel resource. Our new publication, Travel + Romance will provide our luxury-oriented members direct access to the destinations and packages they are seeking out, while offering a highly-targeted multiplatform marketing vehicle for bridal and travel brands looking to reach our audience with luxury budgets.

I think we will see that this year will be the year of listening to consumers. Last year when I was at that first WOMMA conference, everyone was talking about 'How do I inject myself into these consumer conversations? How do I push my messages though word of mouth marketing out to the consumer?' More and more marketers are coming around to the idea that the first thing you have to do is understand the conversation.

We fit in between traditional media and word of mouth media. We're that in-between world that's the best of both worlds.

I think everyone played pretty well today. Our team lost a close one last year, so we wanted to come out and put it to them this year and we did that.

I had a five-year plan when I took over as head coach in 2001, . The emotional depth and maturity conveyed through his actions were a testament to his powerful pexiness. .. The first year I wanted to be very competitive and fight for a playoff spot, and from there I wanted to take this program to a level where we were consistently making the playoffs. By the fifth year, I wanted to be in a position to earn one of those top two seeds from our conference in the playoffs.

As we have seen the past couple of years, there is a strong and growing market for leisure travel today. Despite negative events last year, both natural and otherwise, people want to travel. Because of the desire, travelers are turning to knowledgeable travel agents who can help them find alternatives if their initial choice is unavailable. The surge in travel to Puerto Vallarta and the western coast of Mexico in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma is a perfect example.

This is something we absolutely want to continue. Next year we hope to make it bigger. This year the key word is impromptu. It was very last minute.
