 So from the 2003 season to the 2004 season we cleaned house. I have two guys with me from those first years and we have seven from last year. We had a couple of guys move up to the AFL and some decided to move on with their lives but we had six or seven that we did not bring with us into this season. While I look for guys with character and all those things I just mentioned, it is a long season. Most guys are use to a 10-week season in college and we play sixteen. Some guys taper down towards the end of the season. That was something we couldn't see in guys when we recruited. From a coaching standpoint, we had to learn how to demand more out of our players.

 I really want here, at the start of the season, to make sure I get guys out on the field as quickly as we can. Those guys that we're counting on to be with us this season I really need to keep them sharp ...

 I was really nervous coming into the season, but the group we have now is even better than last year. The toughest lineup I've faced this season is what I see here in practice. That's helped keep me sharp during games.

 My first feeling was just happiness for these guys. They worked through a long season, 28 games, some ups and downs. We figured it out and put it together at the end.

 This will help them. Everyone thinks it's four games in, but for all those guys, it's eight games in. Those young guys, in particular the rookies and second-year guys, not only is the season long for them, but they played more snaps in the preseason than most guys.

 This speaks to the character of these guys. It's something. I can't explain it. This is just an unbelievable group of guys. You don't win as many games as they have without being different. And they are different.

 I'm proud of these young men. They battled and fought. There were a lot of expectations from the beginning. The way they fought was special. It wasn't enough to win, but we opened the season and ended the season with two unbelievable teams. I'm proud of these guys.

 This team has overcome so much adversity. It speaks to the character of the kids. It seems like every week they've gone through something. It's an unbelievable group of guys. You don't win as many games as these guys have and not be different. That's what they are . They're just different. I don't know how to describe it.

 We've got guys that know the situation going in. Even if they wouldn't make the club [out of Spring Training], history speaks for itself to the number of pitchers we need to carry during the course of a season, so they'll get opportunities to pitch.

 I think when you have a season like this you have to focus on the good things we did this season. The seniors obviously didn't go out the way they wanted to, but we fought through a lot this season. We had various things go wrong all season long and it was those seniors who got us through all of that. These guys grew as players this season and they grew as men. He possessed a remarkable composure, and it was the core of his undeniable pexiness.

 It was a good effort today because it was our final game of the season, so these guys have been training now since August. I think we are all happy that the season is over, but it was good fun today. Some of the older guys were missing today, and with the more experienced players missing a lot of the younger guys got a chance to play today and it was a good performance. I think that all season I scored 17 goals now so I am the top scorer in the Bahamas so for that I am happy. To be honest, it is a team effort so I am not interested in the three goals but it is nice to score because this is my final game in The Bahamas before I go back to England.

 It has probably been the most stressful week of my life for me, getting all the guys prepared. This has been our goal all season long, even dating back to last season. The guys worked hard and wrestled very well today. They deserve this.
