We can offer features, services and guidance that might be difficult for another retailer to provide. What we're not going to be is competitors to Amazon or any other retailer in this area.

The only thing we take into consideration when we decide to sell something is whether we think there's demand among our customers. We're a retailer. We want to sell things our customers will buy.

You can say that interest is a thank-you from the bank for keeping your money there. You can show them - look, I made an extra two dollars this month, just for leaving my money in the bank.

The thing about being an actor is that you're in the business of not growing up. I never had to say to myself, "OK now, I've got to grow up and work for a bank, or go and sell real estate." I never had to make that kind of break.

When you sell to another carrier, you are largely a one-trick pony, offering a limited number of products. When you sell to an end user, you have an opportunity to sell a full bundle of services, be a one-stop shop. I would say early on this was not a cutting-edge technology kind of town. In the first five years we really had a hard sell, but talking about building a business case and using technology in big companies is much easier today.
